Resurgia’s house call medical services are tailored to the patient groups that we serve. We provide three types house call medical services in Atlanta Georgia, and surrounding counties:

  • Home Care Essentials.
    House call medical care for individual patients in single family homes and apartments.  We treat patients who are home bound, experiencing some level difficulty when leaving home (physical or cognitive), or just need to be seen in the convenience of their own home (no more waiting rooms).
  • Transition Care Plus.
    House call medical care that extends the reach and continuity of hospitals and medical facilities working to plan transitions for discharging patients that need follow up care.  This program is focused on better transitions and better outcomes and can work in concert with patients’ existing primary care physicians.
  • Group Care Advantage.
    House call medical care to multiple patients (usually on the same day) for patients in group residential settings such as assisted living facilities and senior living communities.  Through this service we can also serve as the medical director of your facility, providing the care your residents need at lower cost to the facility.

We understand that sometimes it can be difficult, expensive and stressful to leave home to visit a doctor’s office. Why not have the doctor come to you? We perform medical house calls for patients as an interim or primary care physician treating chronic and acute conditions, or to treat urgent (non-emergent) conditions.

Transition Care Plus

Delayed follow-up care and deviations from discharge orders increase the likelihood of being readmitted to hospital. Readmissions place stress on the health care system, patients and their families.  We work with hospitals and patients to provide transitional medical care upon being discharged from hospital…ultimately improving outcomes and reducing the likelihood of readmission.

Group Care Advantage

Health care should not have to break the bank. We are in network for most major health plans, and we bill them directly for your visits if you are homebound.

No insurance. Not Homebound. No problem. You can pay us directly, and file a claim with your insurance provider. Visits start at $149 plus applicable trip fee and we accept checks and all major credit cards.
